  • Something old - Vintage chronographs (universal geneve, heuer, gallet)

    Hey guys,

I am obsessed with vintage chronographs (usually three-dials), and here are some recent photographs to share with the forum.

      Thanks!
The vintage market is more vibrant in the US (I think), and if you are lucky, you do find very interesting watches on sale.

Universal geneves are great vintage watches! Unfortunately, its popularity on hodinkee has jacked up their asking prices considerably.

Universal geneve compaxs range from USD4000 to USD 125000, depending on the rarity and condition of the dials.

I am not sure whether the Singapore market is receptive to these vintage watches (e.g., universal, longines, heuer), but they are pretty big in the US.

For heuers, you could either hunt them on ebay or through vintage websites (e.g., onthedash.com, heuerworld.com).
