You are 100% right. Vintage is very addictive but more niche. Old charm beauty like old cars and wine. It's like a race against time to get those you want before once time is up.

Not always true. Amount will only get fewer is right but not much as many vintages are well cared for and not many are 'lost'. Quantity is limited and slowly getting fewer.

Price wise, still follow market. From 2008 till now, prices have gone down quite a lot, like all other watches from patek to panerai. From now onwards whether go up or down is anyone's guess.

Most important thing is that prices go up or down the collector still enjoy them. To be true, Some of these are bought at higher prices times but that doesn't change the fact that they are beautiful and I took quite a while to find them.

All models have their fans. For me, the subs and gmt are iconic and yet attainable. Paul newman daytonas are very popular among some collectors but one needs lots of moolah to join the club. Then, there is comex club. So never ending.

I just hope to someday get a pn. Super inspired after reading about him at rsc.

Grey theme for 2009 series.....sister with panda. In titanium with bracelet. Lovely and can't wait to wear it.

Got chance to see lah. Was looking at the catalogue and see how it sits with panda. They are really brothers. The panda is the more flamboyant and dashing younger brother while this guy is the more solemn cool man.
