This may sound silly...but I have been sitting in front of my watch winder staring at my IWC Perp...

waiting to see how exactly does the needle jump from Feb 28th to March the 1st ...

Conclusion: It does not jump, it creeps towards the 1st. Right now it is somewhere near the 31st mark alreadi

Yes. These days they dun even give a unique number to each watch, it is etched with the words " ONE OUT OF 250" on the side of the case.
