  • My Son's First "branded" Watch

Today is my son's 11th birthday so I decided to buy him a watch since he has been showing some interest in my hobby

Decided to get him a Tag since it was also my first 'real' watch when I was young.

    Tks for viewing !!

Nice. My first real watch was also a tag! Similarly, also a present from dad. Was 14 that year. Still have that watch but the boy size looks ridiculous on my huge wrist now.
      I want a 116505!

lucky kid! to have a dad like you too!

Tag was also the must-have watch back during my schooldays, but unfortunately i didn't have towkay dad like you.. lol
always lusted for one, though strangely i never did buy a Tag after i acquired the means to indulge in this hobby.. ended up going straight to Panerai, IWC, AP..

Though if i had a kid, i would prob just buy him a Casio or Seiko as a present. He can look at my collection and figure out his own means of acquiring them if he was to even be interested in this hobby of ours
          What's in the box:
          • Patek Philippe 5726A
          • IWC Portu Chrono 3714-14
          • Panerai 187 Subzilla
          • Garmin Fenix 3

                Tks all!

I did consider seiko or citizen or swatch but suddenly had that impulse to just treat him to a Tag.... Feeling come already cannot stop

Just pray that he does not drop the watch...

tell-tale sign of a doting father, and also of an impulsive watch collector! lol

Every part of that watch is scratch resistant except for the metal parts...and metal parts can be matt finished...tough watch...not an issue for it!
