Hi bro, this watch was bought in 2005 at around S$500.It is a perpetual quartz which is discoutinued so i can't help you there. The newer model is as shown below using a 6R15 automatic movement without GMT function and can be purchased from seiya or huiguchi.
This is the older alphinist model with the fame 4s15 28800bph seiko movement. It would be nice to have this if you can find one pre-own
Of the three i still like the layout of the quartz model but the 4S15 movement is the best of the lot.
Bro... What a great focused and streamlined collection of seikos... and all the desirable models too
Congratulations... I hope to see this collection grow (ps. u need a few tuna cans :P )
Thanks looking into it at the moment, probably need to complete my dive collection with something in blue (SUMO), as seiko has the three colours for diving black, blue and orange. The tunas are also in my list, also it would be great if i can find a pre-own 4S15 movement piece.
lovely watch..however at 1300 sin seem abit on the high side..mayb ought to search ard for a pre owned piece in the states...hahaha....got to go and c in flesh...hahaha..loving the look every minute...hmm....
Read from web reviews that the dial is not that flat yellow looking, it has a tinge of metallic effect, you can confirm when you see the real watch. Enjoy your hunt.
