  • This as a daily beater?

Cant afford a Bronzo but got this instead..

It was so so VERY mint that I just got to have it and I have been dying for a 243J series for ages..
Might change the strap so it looks better for office wear...

Everyone says its really macho looking...

I think the rubber strap looks quite nice on the submersibles. Wonder if the crown is a screw-in type?

Yes it is the screw in type enhanced by a locking lever.

Hmm submersible seems like an acquired taste. I still prefer the usual radiomir and luminor though.

Nice! The 243 is on a 1950 case, but does it come with a dome crystal like most 1950 cases? Or is it just not that obvious?

crystal is flat..dont think 1950 case has any dome crystal....my last 351 didnt.

Hmmm, I reckon "3 day auto" Pams came with a "semi dome" that wasn't really obvious (I cld be wrg) but certain models like the 212, 233 and 253 definitely had them.

Nonetheless, very nice 243 with the strap change!
