Actually there are ppl whom eat Kim Leng..in parts of Indonesia where there are alot of Kim Leng in Lake etc, the local malay villagers when they caught them, they deep-fry them (Malay Style) whereby they fried till its dry and crispy and eat with Belacan..so there you go Deep Fried Kim Leng..lolz... As to the Teochew Style i mentioned..thats jus a joke..so far nv seen it b4..lolz=p i seen it b4...in my mind..i was imagine them frying a wok of dollar bills..thousand of dollars eaten with Belacan...sibei heart pain...

I don't think i will eat Kim Leng...
