How do u shoot it ? I mean how come the seconds hand lume will be like one line period of 15 seconds? I saw some ppl do it too and i tried my own.. beh jadi leh bro.

You have to keep the shutter open for a few seconds and thats why you see the lume of the seconds hand like that. You can keep the shutter open for as long as you desire. Its normally used for conditions when the light is pretty low. For these pictures, I used the 'bulb' mode under the 'manual' mode on my camera. Most if not all DSLRs have this. Hope that helped.
