The new Daytona already here? At $36,820 it's kinda expensive, considering the fact that it's leather strap!! I rather get the RG Daytona at that kind of pricing.Originally posted by zidaneong View Postya, today went to chinatown KHH to look at watches. New DD all 30 to 80k sia.
, btw they have the new chocolate Daytona priced at $36820.

Likely to get pre-owned, so should be able to incur smaller depreciation.Originally posted by zidaneong View PostYa, we seems to like the same type of watches. The JLC is good, just that the resale value isnt that good though.

Ya, we seems to like the same type of watches. The JLC is good, just that the resale value isnt that good though.Originally posted by hypersocial View PostMost likely expanding, dunno whether soon or KIV to next yr, since I've yet to enjoy my Datejust properly.
We seems to always be in the same frequency, bro. Now my only dilemma is whether to continue with another Rolex or start venturing to other brands. Thinking of JLC Grande Date 8 days or maybe a Pam 312/351. Although President's seems nice as well after seeing your 'bark'!

Maybe the JLC Grande 8 days then, preferably in leather straps, classic Reverso styling. Think I'm really getting old, starting to appreciate classic styles.Originally posted by Oceanklassik View PostThe JLC should be good. I've tried on the 312, even the 351 recently, and I've 'concluded' that it is not the watch for me..
(it just stands out too thick on my wrist)

That's precisely why I'm in a dilemma. Thinking of venturing to leather/rubber strap for next watch project, thus I am thinking of Pam 312/351, JLC Grande 8 days or even AP ROO!!! Though President's or RG Daytona seems nice too!!!Originally posted by Oceanklassik View Post...All in stainless steel (SS) only? All in bracelet only?? No leather-strap watch???
