  • My first Rolex

    Hi,

I am a latecomer to the world of Rolex. Just got myself a Submariner LV today. It has just the right feel in terms of weight and balance, and sits comfortably on my wrist.

For my second Rolex, I am contemplating between the GMT and the Explorer II. In terms of look, the GMT is more similar to the Sub. Hence an Explorer would be something distinctly different. If I go for the GMT, would get the two tone. But if go for Explorer, am still undecided which colour - black or white?

Would like to hear the opinions of you guys and ladies here. Thanks.

Here, I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year !!

Thanks everyone! All your comments are very much appreciated. I think this is the best Christmas present I ever bought for myself...haha! The choice of model is not a hard one, because if I can only have 1 Rolex, then this is the one. It really stands out.

For the 2nd one, currently I am more inclined towards the new black Explorer II. White is more classic, but black looks very classy, and the orange hand is really a striking contrast.
