Yes, intense one then i shake a bit a while ok liao, e pain is so intense tat i will wake up lor. Di di kena only got one cure..haha

very pain leh... stretch also cannot, jst got to wait til pain go away in a few mins thn .. hehee..zzz again.

KNN, dunno izzit cos me getting old, past yr got neck shoulder pain.. but now ok, dunno cos of the massage or the medication i take.

now.... whn i zzz kanna leg cramps !!!
friday nite, right leg; sat nite, left leg... WTF
cramps are sudden and intense feelings of pain ( calf )... woke me up frm zzz... KNN... last for abt a couple of mins... thn ok leow... thn i zz again.
on the day after the cramp, a very slight sore thru out the day and next day ok leow.

any 1 experience leg cramps during zz ?
