    just an increase in premium thats all. The reason why there is an excess is to bring your financial interest inline with the insurance co, thus allowing them to give you lower premium.

    Like my travel insurance, my 6694 damaged, but because i choose A$100 excess, i was out of pocket the first A$100, subsequently the rest was covered. Although I did lose a fair bit in currency rates

    The hosp is like dat one la..no choice 1 everything so ex, doctor's fees also ex so e bills all goes to pay them.. 1st world medicine hub mah but ppl consulting them earning 3rd world pay..

    dunno abt lasik..

    but usually sg hosp publish price say room 600/ day for single... aft u add up their other charges, easily 1.5k to 6k per day... ( excluding doc/ consulatation fees ).... other 'other charges' is a kiiler

    Will see what my uncle says coz he's her doctor in charge...hopefully she doesn't need to go to AMK-THK hospital...probably tmr can come out. Well actually she's alright already...just that fall down nia
