Bro do you know why we play so slow that you and Mr Poh ( Return score 76 ) had to leave first ? It BECAUSE on the first tee you tee off with 300m > drive....than my kakis went into shock....than dispaired....faintness etc. Until i almost have to do CPR on uncle Lim age 70.

3) 17th Feb. Johore Bahru Golf Courses, Dawn meeting point at Mandai Executive Car Park, 6:15am

4) 23th Feb. Morning Medal at Sembawang Country Club. 7:30am meeting point at SCC . " The Brotherhood Challenge Trophy "

Bros and sister, now Singapore weather have suddenly make a sharp turn or should i say, slice to a hot and humid weather . Average temp. 26 to 33 deg.

Pointers to enjoy golfing in this hot weather:-

1) Apply sun block at least 10min before game. Use sun block lotion with SPF 30 or more. ( Uncle kaisu lah used SPF 50 ) On face, neck, arms and legs.

2) Wear Dry Fit or any new polo tees offer in golf shops nowadays. This new type of polo tee are light, evaporate sweats, bright and nice color to wear. Alway wear a cap to protect your head and hair too hehe.

3) Drinks lot of water before and during rounds, guideline as 300ml before games and 1.5 lit. during a round of 18 holes. Avoid coffee, brandy or beer ( Heng ah ! , no need to buy beer as i always can't pass the red tee box )
as these will lead to further dehydration of the body.

4) Wear a good sunshade to protect your eyes. Use a golf umbrella between the rounds as it will shade and reduced the body temp. And it not sissy for a man to use a umbrella !

5) Just enjoy the game even you are playing the worst game of your life ie. playing a double bogey train or got one birdie and double PAR the rest of the 17 holes etc.
Life is worth living for, bro and sisters, look around the beautifull golf course. Admired the trees, flower beds, fish filled ponds and river. Laughted at your playing buddy as he top the ball into the pond etc. Played badly ? Just look at your Rolex and SMILE ......

6)Always Treasure your friends and playing buddys, for life is short as God have always taught us to numbers our days.

Forgot to bring my rubber tees here bro...
Moreover, the range here doesn't hav the hole for inserting the rubber tee...
they use real tees...
so on the winter green, must use the other type which i didnt buy...
But that was my first and last winter golf this season...
Golf is a relaxed game to enjoy, not to suffer in the cold!

Learning golf at the age of 5 is good...same like tiger woods...
My fren's son started golfing at 3, and is now a very good golfer at his age whoc can hit the balls well...
As for a coach, i can't help u!
Maybe the rest could!

Any bro can recommend good coach for my son (5 years old). Think of sending him for golf lessons. Who knows he has talent, can play like Tiger Woods, then I can retire already kekkekkeee

Practice was good.. manage to correct my driver, thanks to my coach...

Regarding maintaining my HC, yes, I joint AA Golf network.. makes more sense to me than joining NTUC and then golf kaki. With AA, I will enjoy the services since I am driving, with NTUC, I won't get to enjoy the Union benefits.
Will not join any CC for now as I will not play that regularly.... 1 month once if I am lucky, so no point at this moment... If I do join, maybe warren cos I am living in the west...

Thats good bro ! AA Golf Network is a good choice, as you can enjoy the car service benefits ! Happy for you bro !

This weather really reminds me when i m playing golf here too...
Although u guys r not here with me, but we shared almost the same climate!
But the good part of SG is the fairways r not as wet compared to here...
And for now, at least u can still poke ur tee into the ground...I need to use a drill to drill my tee in the tee box!

Aiyo bro ! No need to drill a little hole on the ground for your tees lah, Uncle teach you.....next time you play, ground very hard to poke in, take out your RUBBER TEE and place it on the tee box lor. Different length for Driver, Woods and iron shots
Hehe.......... Make sense or not ah ?
