Beyond the family day thing, I think most people more relaxed going into the weekend, rather than sunday going out of the weekend... ?

Fri evening is worth considering as well. perhaps in the early evening? so those OBs or OLs can come straight after work

I agree tat Sunday may nt be gd 4 meet-up due to family commitment though i dun really mind, if its 4 short while. Friday or even Saturday night may b gd. Jus a suggestion. Thanks.

is this meeting PRIMARILY to discuss about the charity thing followed by chit-chat? if yes, then hold the discussion earlier like 3pm then wrap it up say around 4pm. those who want to join for chit chat can come later and those who want to stay can stay, those who have other appt can move on.
