Yes I do but it depends on your wrist and the purpose of the watch.
Dress watch still looks nice with a small dial, provided it's legible.
Sports watch wise, I prefer a larger dial (42) as it's easier to look at with a glance... and you are wearing polo and rolled up shirt. Good to showcase the watch

38mm pretty decent i feel especially for dress watches.. Maybe abit small for sports pieces though hmm.

was planning to get the Turn-O-Graph as my first Rolex, and was shocked to see how small it looked. Change plans and got the GMT BLNR instead. I agree anything below 40mm look small.

I think for the sports watches, any smaller than 40 mm loses their appeal on the wrist.
