I'm a pretty big guy and anything lower than 40 just looks funny on me.

i got small wrist so 38-40mm is the good size for me.
personally i won't get bigger than 40mm although now the trend is bigger size.
I find wearing a watch that fits you rather than u go and fit the watch.

        Cheers

Discontinued 38mm Cartier Pasha Power Reserve. Change the metal band to white leather straps and my wife absolutely loves it!

Boy size makes me look like wearing ladies watch. Dress watch is ok at 38mm

My daily beater is a 41mm but I do sometimes put on my 34mm 1500 for rotation!

I think for the sports watches, any smaller than 40 mm loses their appeal on the wrist.

was planning to get the Turn-O-Graph as my first Rolex, and was shocked to see how small it looked. Change plans and got the GMT BLNR instead. I agree anything below 40mm look small.

41MM would be a good fit for most guys i suppose

Big watches more casual/informal in my opinion.
For formal/ business 38mm is a good size.
