        declined insurance on th basis of commencial consideration??? taken from the second article...

        I don't agreed with that, aren't insurance companies are supposed to "payoff" any cost involved due to accident and not intentionally acts? If my car crashed not due to "accident", do you think they will pay us? If that guy has "poor claims records", why let him claim in the first place? If he speed and crash, why let him claim? If I drive a same car, same age as him, I don't see why there is a 400% increase in premium due to "poor claims records", it is not fair... what is accident? who wants an accident??
