rules are rules. just like on the road. when you sign up you got agree to the rules. similar to when you get your license, you also agree to abide by the road rules

oh pls-pls-pls... rules r meant to b broken.... how many of us DON'T flout rules? yes, whenever/whatever we signed up, we shld already knw but how many of us keep to it religiously? a legal marriage has its rules but often than not, they r often flouted... traffic ones; lagi no need to say.

but down here very difficult not to get caught....

there is a saying "it isnt wrong til you are caught" . Enough said! Take for example, i speed on the PIE on a regular basis, but i never get done (so far!), now you can bet your last dollar that if i was caught, id be screwed. Call it luck, call it my sharp eyes, i dont care. End of the day, wanna break the rules, either be alert, or be prepared.

But now world has changed, they don't need to stop you to issue a summon... you know it only when you receive the big letter from TP....

oh my oz gov't wants to install those speed cameras that monitor your average speed. this one sure kenna jialat jialat.
