      Anyone can clarify this? Buying bnib rolex and pam from KL ad is cheaper? Can get tax refund? any ad/sa the recommend? Pm me if inconvenient to say here

        dont recall there is tax refund in msia(KL).

        not sure if it is cheaper. depends on discount structure and exchange rate
