I think you should file up all the communications that you made with him.

Keep and save all the emails, SMS if there is.... then make a police report.

Find people to trace him down using the HP number.

As long as you have proof mentioning that he told you before this is suppose to be a geniune U boat, i think the case is valid

this guy goes by the nick of khoo something or something khoo in ebay right?That time I wanna buy a U-Boat flight Deck from him and as stated in the post he say that he found the watch @ clubs and selling it off cheaply and say that he does'nt own any u-boat watches and I felt strange that he say he dose'nt own any U-boat watches then i go see his past transactions and saw that he had sold quite a few U-boat mainly classico.So after seeing this,I think the seller is trying to hide something so I give the watch a miss.Hope everything turn out well for u. Hai~~!! this world is geting more & more complicated.

I bought a U boat late last here at singapore ebay. Based on his ratings of less than 50 it seems to be pretty trust worthy to purchase things from him.
He sold me a quartz chrono beige colour U boat. He mention that this was 1 of the 1st few models that produced quartz movement back then. No box or paper. He also did purhase on ebay. As usual U Boat doesnt do verification. But the watch technician did mention that she didnt come across model at all. But this guy keep assuring me that its 100% auth n I finally bought it from him at $1700. For assurance He even gave me his name card where he's helping out at his father's law firm.
After keeping it for ard 6-8months I traded off at 1 of the reputable 2nd hand watch dealer in orchard rd n was shock to hear that it's fake! Japan movement & not swiss. I called the guy, Miki Khoo, & as usual denied & insisted its 100% genuine. I told him to go down to the 2nd hand dealer shop to see for himself but was kena threathened instead. He also say he will file a police report to say that I might change the movement myself, which is totally ridiculas!
Bros I really need your expert advise what I can do about it. Should I EXPOSE his working place here in *** so that those who knows him can help me out on this? Hopefully he has a clearer conscious?
Luckily his mobile is still the same.
FYI his mobile is 9xxx 2222. Miki Khoo, Chinese, tall, well built & speaks well. Driving a Crossroad. (last year) Oh he's staying in Kembangan. Hope this help.
