I never say will hold or not as I am no Judge of anykind. But never under estimate what has been written in black and white here + a good lawyer. Anyway all these have nothing to do with me am just stating what might happen plus I am not the only person who thinks so. Ok congrats Princess but pray hard that he does not SUE you for defimation. As your opening title of thread states that you have been CHEATED plus you released some of his details.

Not trying to scare you but you should have been more careful dealing with this issue. Defimation charges can cost you his lawyer's fees and damages to plaintiff roughly around 10K or less.

Turbocharged is right when he was trying to warn you about this.

To those who has been waiting patiently for the results of my watch...

I went to Wheelock & Chris 'inspected' the watch. Verbally he said its authentic but can't produced any authentification letter to me as this watch was not sold in Singapore & this piece was produced very long time ago. But he took photos of the watch & will email to U-Boat HQ for final verification should I really want the certificate.
Can I take Chris words for that cos I ask him if he's very sure although he hasn't seen the U-Boat quartz model before.

Its best that you send the watch to U-Boat HQ to verify its authenticity and get it certified.

As I read all the posts, as of now, Chris (whoever he really is, appears to be accepted as some sort of an authority on 'U-Boat') appears to think that the watch is real but cannot confirm.
Fair enough.
What's really not fair is how seller's name is likely to be dragged through the mud for nothing

Funny how everyone has kept quiet now that the watch is proven at least not to be fake outright.

Frankly, I think Chris believe the watch is genuine but given the background, he would rather have someone else do the necessary authentication. Then again, don't pay too much attention to what I say cos I cld be Mr. Khoo himself.
