Something to relate

I thought i will relate this to something that is happening to a close friend.

Prince bought a 4rm flat from Mickey. Deal was done in a flash as Prince immediately likes the flat upon seeing this. Prince was delighted with the flat and spends money renovating it.

Few months later, which is a few weeks ago, Prince starts getting stares from his neighbours. Then he starts seeing his unit number at the lift. No no, it was not his name, but that of somebody else. Very soon, his door starts getting a fresh coat of paint almost every week...

Some of us good friends think Prince should have did his homework, making sure that all holes and corners are checked before sealing the deal...
Some of us good friends think Mickey is wrong, for not wanting to clarify or refuse to assist with Prince's queries.
The agent also refuse to help, his reason, this actually happens after months.

My version of conclusion, is that either Prince continue to live with this or Prince will have to start to look for a Buyer for the flat...and the saga will go on and on...

Who's fault, Prince, Mickey or the agent?
Everyone will have their own version...

I nv stated or ever say that he's guilty or whatsoever,I'm just sharing my experience with the seller to the TS.Based on my experience with the seller,I just feel that there's too much doubt with the seller that's why I give the watch that the seller is selling a miss.Pls read through all my reply again and think abit it.If u think that my reply or comment are too subjective.I'LL REST MY CASE! There's no need to get so hostile.This forum is just a place to share our experience and try to help each other out instead of throwing the TS into more fear or so.

I think you should file up all the communications that you made with him.

Keep and save all the emails, SMS if there is.... then make a police report.

Find people to trace him down using the HP number.

As long as you have proof mentioning that he told you before this is suppose to be a geniune U boat, i think the case is valid

this guy goes by the nick of khoo something or something khoo in ebay right?That time I wanna buy a U-Boat flight Deck from him and as stated in the post he say that he found the watch @ clubs and selling it off cheaply and say that he does'nt own any u-boat watches and I felt strange that he say he dose'nt own any U-boat watches then i go see his past transactions and saw that he had sold quite a few U-boat mainly classico.So after seeing this,I think the seller is trying to hide something so I give the watch a miss.Hope everything turn out well for u. Hai~~!! this world is geting more & more complicated.

Imagine if the tables were turned and Mr Khoo posted first, saying someone called him claiming a watch he sold 8 months ago was a fake, u can imagine the comments here wld be very different but probably written by the same people as well!

You guys can come here to crucify someone without proof just because you can remain anonymous? I have seen this type of situation all so often. When you are proven wrong, you will just change the nick or just disappear from the forum leaving the person you attacked maligned for as long as the thread exists in the forum. Where is the justice in allowing people to accuse others without proof and without the other party present to defend himself/herself?

Princess_glyn, you should have verified that you have indeed been cheated before you come here and tell everyone so. That is the point of my post. If you are proven wrong, you think you can repay whatever you have cost the seller in reputation and goodwill? You accused someone of a crime without proof and that's what irks me. If you have the proof and you just want to state your case here, I would definitely have been on your side. I hate scammers as much as anyone here.

If no one dares to speak up for those who aren't here to defend themselves, then what would the world become? Those that talks loudest or behaves the most aggressively are the sole holder of the truth? I'm sure any reasonable person would be able to see the sense of my posting. Truth be told, if I'm the seller and I have done no such thing as what the buyer has accused me of, I wouldn't bother to reply in here. I would save the whole thread and get the lawyer to settle this. Whether you guys choose to attack me as being the seller or friends of the seller, or choose to open your eyes and see how you can be a victim of such an accusation next time when you sell a watch online, so be it.

Assuming that TS is real (and not some 45 yr old balding and bearded pervy w*nking away to each sympathetic response he got on this thread), let's give TS some time to resolve the fundamental issue of authenticity. If watch is real, it is only fair if TS admits her mistake and requests her initial post to be amended (mods, I hope this can be done?).
