I don't have colleagues wearing rolex at work. Not sure if they have it or not. Seldom discuss watch with them. I think it is better to indicate the type of job you are working.
For myself, I am in the engineering field. Maybe this is the reason why no one is wearing rolex?

Rolex is a really great image watch once you are in a certain level of hierarchy.
And.. not everyone can carry off a big bezel watch.

But with the wide range of rolex design and dial size, i guess there's one for everyone.
Rolex wearer tends to know their own design language and choose the right one.
