Sadly, no one wears an expensive watch. Otherwise I would have worn my Rolex to work. I think the culture here would judge me as show-off.

I have 300 people here. I wear Pam or Explorer, mostly Pam.
Only HR, she wears a pam and another female colleague wears a Lolek.
My manager (not local) wears a cheapo Tissot,project director wears a Casio or Apple watch.
sometimes I wonder,does my manager know what is a Pam?
