Is it true that payment by cash will get more discount? I checked out prices at THG and the salesman told me same price be it paid by cash or credit card.

Don't like the DBS credit card but Hour Glass have the 40mth instalment for it. I shall resist!
I pay cash, feel more shiok. ONE TIME PAIN.

Use card when I am overseas. Cash for local purchase so I can ask for discount.

I thought installment suppose to help ease the payment...Originally posted by lave77 View PostCredit card with free installment plans... unless there's more discount when it's cash payment... but of cos it means I will have to scrimp and save for the rest of the month....
Anyway... Cash or installment discount is the same

depends on discounts too. Cortina offers the same price whether its cash or card. In that case I rather go with cards that can easily net me back 2-3% in points for vouchers etc.
