  • Do you find it hard to wake up in the morning?

Ok excluding those days u go drink or sleep late etc...

On normal days...like you go work/school...when your alarm clock rings or someone calls you up.

    Do you wake up immediately?

Do you...snooze off your alarm and delay 5mins after 5 mins...like damn sian damn sian 1.

on a normal day, my alarm clock start 0630 snooze 10min intervals, so it take me 3x before i finally wake up.

come to days where time no factor, usually i wake up myself when i feel my body has enough sleep

I understand that your ability to wake up are dependent on two things:
                            1) How condition is your body (meaning physically fit in terms of sporting exercise.. not Ah Pet's kinda sexercise hor.. :P)
                            2) If your body had fully recharged after the hrs you've rested
                            3) Your age....

Yes, when I was younger. However since around 10yrs ago, I became a light sleeper (work pressure) n woke up at the slightest noise . So hv been easily getting up in the morning, however early. Didn't help when my children come along. In fact, I get splitting headaches when I wake up later than normal (anytime after 7am)
