prior to starting any business, you need to do homework.

since you are intending to do online sales for sex toys. i would suggest the following.
      1. what is setup capital
      2. are there many local sites set up for this type of business.
      3. do you want to truly be online or both online and brick & motar shops
      4. which group of potential clients are you targeting
      5. how you intend to stay competitive
      6. why should a potential customer purchase from your site rather than competitor.

above all, as i mentioned to others in any business intending to be in, you need to know
      1. how deep is your pocket
      2. how long can your business bleed

once you know the above 2 answers, you get your break even point.

remember all business ventures have risks. dont sink your lifelong savings in it. the amount to put in should be an amount that you can recoup in x working years before retirement age.

i DO NOT respond to any pm regarding account issues

      kindly email with
      1. subject heading indicating your issue
      2. your nick
      3. your corresponding email address
      4. state what you were trying to do and what the system prevented you to do

if you receive no response in pm or email, it means your answers can be found in the Forum FAQ here

your kind understanding is very much appreciated.

last i went to sg, i notice alot of adult shops already opened up. whilst im not familar with this line of business, one has to factor into consideration whether you can compete with a brick/mortar shop. i guess the main issue is advertising in online world. where are you going to advertise?

        main advantage of online:
discreet, lower overheads (cost savings that can passed on!), customers can shop at their convenience.

        main advantage of brick/mortar shop:
customers can view product in person, and compare. this allows for upselling
if location is right, there should be a decent amount of foot traffic thus generating more "interest"

how high is the barrier of entry? how long before you see a return? good luck!
