Nice Car or watches?

For my funny opinion, yr car must be 10x the value of yr watch. if u drive a BMW5 wearing daytona just nice. But drive a honda fit and a daytona doesn't justify. Im the one who's doing it haha. Just my opinion. no offence. time to change car.

Interestingly, the price of a watch is similar to the cost of a car overseas... As I plan to relocate in the next few years, I think watches are the way to go for me. Car players in Singapore are people with serious dough. I think a nice mechanical watch will pair very well with a decent car. If u can afford, just enjoy both! Luxury should be enjoyed, shouldn't need to think too much! =)

Car need to be serviced, need gas, cost insurance, old already after 2-3 years because new model comes out.
Rolex can be investment, cars mostly not.

Really depends on individual. I like both cars and watch so I have to strike a balance between both, not bad car and not bad watch

Whenever I think of changing my ride, I keep measuring the depreciation against another watch that I can own. Hence I have constantly scraped the idea of getting a nicer car.

Do any of you have this dilemma? Example a Merc has around 15-20 k depreciation per year dependent on how long you hold onto it.

It really boils down to which one you favor that's number 1. Also if your the kind which you don't mind having a more Econ ride then I believe spending on watches would be pretty good choice. Then again that's if your a watch fanatic any ride would be fine I Guess,but if your a car enthusiast you won't mind the depree I Guess?

I always thought that having a Car is a personal choice at least locally, getting a " good time piece" is my personal favourite hobby. I will go for a Watch over Car.
