1 old car due to scrap next year but getting more watches as people will notice my watch than my car

If you need a car, get one. Else it makes more sense to invest in watches. The car depreciates the moment you buy it. And if you pay instalments, you are paying interest on a depreciating asset. A luxury watch holds its value better

never considered a car even if i can afford it. it's just so much cheaper and more convenient to take a cab!

For me as of now, I will go for a nicer watch 1st instead of a nicer car cos cars r very ex now... Save up again n pray that the price will drop for cars by the time u had saved enough..

After owned cars ,hate park(shopping mall always full house at weekend),
hate jam ( office hour) ,
hate rain (when park outside no shelter),
hate maintainance(waiting time) ,
hate when see low petrol ,
hate kana traffic summon (),
hate coe left 4yrs

Now addicted calling Uber with Exec. all nice car & no Q, no cash sign with c.card.

I love cars but I think I have grown to like watches more and more. And watches do have better value overtime!

Agree - watches if kept in good condition with all relevant docs can be worth a lot over time (as can cars) but the overhead of keeping the watch is a lot lower!
