I lack a rose gold dress watch in my collection and since THG is having a promotion now with DBS/POSB cards...i may just get one watch.

I like choice lumber 2. Classy, understated and elegant. The other2 looks too bulky for a dress watch and the dial looks too messy as well
I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch, I dont need another watch.........

If the criteria is dress watch, among the three, definitely H.Moser Monard Date. It is what it is, no sub-dials, no additional designs on dial, nothing else extra; just "simple" and nice, my definition of a dress watch.

use DBS/POSB credit card..get $1000 or 5% off the watch price, whichever is lower.

Sorry, it may be a dumb question.. do you mean 5% or S$1k off, after the "intial" bargained discount?

Of the 3, i will prefer H Moser.

I prefer an elegant dress watch to be elegantly sized. Hence, the 40mm H Moser will suit my taste.

i was looking @ H Moser 4 years back. for one reason or another, i decided to give it a miss.

but if you like a manual power reserve watch, i would say go for a JLC. however, since you already have a JLC and you are the 1 brand 1 watch man. furthermore, you did not have a pleasant experience with the newly bought piece, you may not want to get a JLC.

as for JD. it is tricky due to the dial.

out of the 3, i would say go for HW.

also looking @ your past collection of watches, having move from one collection to another. though you mentioned to me that it is time to close the curtain, i doubt it will really happen.

I will choose HW as I would think dress watches at times need to stand out a bit.
The HW looks like it has a balance of standing out but not too outlandish kinda way.

Boss, close an eye on the 1 watch-1 brand "rule" (or take it that your current is more a sporty model of the brand) and the following will fit just nicely, Moreover, you are also missing some complications pieces in your collection.

                            5159R

                            5146R

else try to source for a discontinued 5070R, 42mm should fit your nicely.
