Like to start up this thread again as i loves a good steak and a glass of red wine. My all time favourite place after eating steak as long as i could remember is none other than the Goodwood Park Hotel - Gordon Gill . Try it one day and you will come back for more !
    Enjoy !!!!!

    Steak?

Went to Singapore Swimming Club yesterday, they have Angus promotion now. Had a really tender sirloin streak, almost melting in your mouth.

Anywhere in Spore serves AGED BEEF? Tried that in Johannesburg. Meat is very tender and full of flavour. Thick cut ribeye, midium rare, just a bit of salt and paper, tastes great.

    Shashlik Steak house

alternatively go to Thomson Plaza... NTUC Finest new store has good steak cuts including Wangyu..
Bot some over the week end and grilled...
Word of advice... Olive oil burns fast... so not ideal for grills.. Steak will burn easily.. my opinion.. Butter is good..
Use old wine wz squeeze lemon to marinate the meat... economical..

Not sure about that, possible cause one of the 2 clans (the one who operated the Far East Sqaure one) is opening up a few outlets all over the island...
