NY Strip @ Dan Ryan's is one of the best. Whole place has this nice feel of Americana. No, am not a shareholder lol.

I love the steaks at Dan Ryan's and Oxwell & Co. Reasonably priced for the quality, and the laid back atmosphere, particularly Oxwell. At the top end, Morton's followed by Ruth Chris - American steakhouses are usually outstanding. Cut at MBS is just over priced unless one is on company account.

As above, I like dry aged beef.
Skirts at W hotel used to serve many different choices of very good dry aged beef. Unfortunately the previous chef left and the menu was revamped and they only serve 1 type of dry aged beef nowadays. The standard of the other dishes are also nor as good as before.

The other place where I found dry aged beef is Opus Bar and Grill at Hilton hotel. They do have good affordable steak and the seafood are good too..

Any other places for dry aged beef in Singapore?

Like to start up this thread again as i loves a good steak and a glass of red wine. My all time favourite place after eating steak as long as i could remember is none other than the Goodwood Park Hotel - Gordon Gill . Try it one day and you will come back for more !
