Any recommendations on which cafes/restaurants serve the best chicken rice?

I remember being underwhelmed by Oscar's and Chatterbox. Cafes/restaurants are good places to discuss business informally - and yes, I still prefer the hawker centers when it come to taste.

Try Prima taste restaurant? Think they don't use MSG, but I can't be sure...

No one likes Tong Fatt (Ghim Moh or Zion Road)? The chicken is always tender and has that nice tenderness... The skin is silky with enough fat too...
