How to verify authentic tag heuer?

    You can alway get the seller to open the case aback to let you verified. You should ideally see a ETA logo or Tag logo on the watch movement depending on what movement Tag uses for the watch. Although some fakes use "swiss" movement but their finishing are sloppy.

    Here my 7 years old quartz F1 DIY caseback pics that I bought from Cortina. You can see the ETA logo at the edge(near the capacitor looking-like items). Cheers.

      Hey on the same note, i hope to get some feedback from you guys. I was gonna buy a tag heuer and the guy told me to meet at a pawn shop for authentication - on the grounds that they can do it too. Is that true? anyone had such experience before?

            I feel the easiest way is just to call up TH and quote them the model and serial number, but it only applies to locally purchased models though. If it matches up, it's almost certain that it's authentic.

                You may bring it over to LVMH to do the authentication for $50.
