Didnt know can choose the number. Is it engrave on the tag in the box as well?

Dint know either but thought I'd try anyways.
Can't see clearly if it's engraved on the metal plate/tag seen on the box.
But I believe it does have the number there, since i remember seeing it engraved on the box for the long sold out LSE LE 399.
Seen some pictures of this previous model in a FS post on WUS.

Anyone knows how it takes to ship to Singapore?

yup... as pointed out by winster, it's late... as all 99 had been "snapped" up.
However, there might still be chance for you, as there're possibilities that some who ordered are perhaps cancelling their orders due to some concerns... such as size, some had forfeited the chance due to late response...

I would suggest that you send an email to Steinhart to see if there're any of such "cases"... @ SGD1333(base on current x-rate), this is a catch that hard to resist.

Who could resist such as well designed dial and well choice of color decorations on the index, hands, markers?
But the only gripe on this watch, it doesn't match well with the name with the word "marine" used, in addition, this movement with R .D chrono module on top of 2824, is not easy to service as according to forum discussions as well as feedbacks from local watchmakers.
