Is it a good buy? If yes i'm putting a 50% deposit and waiting time is around 1.5 months!
              Please advise GURUS..
I'm not a GUru, but please allow me to share with you my thoughts.

I think buying a U-BOAT 45mm may defeat the purpose. In the first place, they are known for watches with crazy oversize diameters. So if you buy a 45mm I'm not sure if you're really buying the feel of the brand.

Imagine you're a first time tourist in Singapore, but never visit Orchard or Sentosa. Instead, go Bishan, Sengkang or Lim Chu Kang. Weird or not?

U-BOAT has very short lug lengths so 50 or 53mm doesn't really wear that big. It's protruding lugs from top and bottom of watch on wrist that makes watches look "cartoon big", not the diameter or watch.

Again, you may want to consider what occasion you're wearing this one. If with long sleeve shirt and pants, yes maybe 45mm is good. But seriously I think most people have other watches for such occasions.

Just my thoughts on this interesting brand. Please get a U-BOAT asap.

Same goes to Brud James Wolfeyes.

Yes I agree it's radical, and not exactly comfy... but SHIOK when everyone ask about your watch, "what brand, how much, where you buy, nice leh", when they see it.

All right... hope to see you in the U-BOAT owners' list soon.

agree bro, 53mm is stunning...that's why Glycine Airman 7 is one watch that i'm very interested..they're, in fact, the pioneer of BIG watches...

personally, for my small wrist...i've tried it on and 53mm is not suitable (although it shouts louder)...i'll go for 45mm if i'm getting it....

                            cheers

Why not try the watch at raffles city itself?
Fine SA there! Nothing like the rolex SA opposite!
Personally the 53mm looks like a wall clock on me but the 45mm.... POWER!!!
