Have a look at the boutique at IFC mall at Pudong. Price wise they are still on high side but if u r going for pam 498 think there is good chance they have stock there

If u guys are already in China and have time, just go to the Panerai boutique or AD with an open mind. I have also come across certain hard to find base models which are available in China with decent pricing is similar to Singapore.

U never know until u find out for yourself.

True, there's a general perception that luxury goods are higher priced in China due to the high taxes etc but there are other factors involved in the whole equation also.
