  • My take on the 564

As I have posted on my purchase of the 564, I thought I should not hijack the thread and start on my own how this babe has performed so far.
I had previously owned the 359 and liked the orange unique dial.Started off wearing only during the weekends as the heavy weight on my 5.7" wrist is killing me hahaha..
Shortly after, saw a couple of pics of the 564 and could not resist the beauty of the titanium and tobacco dial. Thus, I made up my mind and went for it.
Some do not like the 8 days on the dial but it looks perfect to me!It sits nicely above the 6 which distinguish itself from similar models like the 177.Best of all,I love the light weight!

Just to share and consolidate a few pics I posted before..

    my previous love..

    now..

I am impressed by the PR and I am waiting to wind the watch but it is still running after 8 days!

as of now, still ticking after 211hrs...

    thanks for reading!

Thanks for your insight...and generous amount of nice poisonous pics...

I wasn't paying attention on your wrist from previous pics you contributed...until you mentioned it here...

Wow! you really have small wrist! Seems like the lungs are protruding out a bit...would be surprised if you would have kept the 359 still due to its weight...

Looks like the 564 is a winner...Titanium and Tobbaco...what's not to love?

    Thanks for sharing bro...

I hope you will enjoy your purchase for a long time!

Did the strap had enough lugs in it, you really have a small wrist, would be a shame that when you let your hand down you will lose it as the strap is too loose

hahaha ya my wrist seriously small, only 5.7"...
it is still ok if i use deployant buckle, seems tighter.
the usual or oem leather is a must to punch 2 holes..
for me,its bloody heahache to purchase straps.

You mean the regular 75/115 length?
I am not sure if Panerai still have their short 68/98 strap, I should think they still do.
You tried to asked the ion staff?

not so sure about the size but dont think i will check with them since they do not have the designs that i like...and the price...
i am looking around for french ammo but nothing falls below $200 huh.
anyway i just bought the pole puncher yesterday..i didnt know it is not easy to punch with that.
need a hammer which i dont have at home.

                so now,after the watch,buy strap.
                then buy pole puncher.
                then buy hammer.

Oh...that dread tiny little screw...happens always...

And every time is back to Panerai Bro. I believe they can sell you the tiny screw only.

If there's any indication, the screw pin that holds the strap is $15/piece IIRC.
