    Sad but true!

That’s why despite I am tempted to get another AP ROO like the new Havana or Vampire, I just can’t do it! Furthermore the stacked movement thing ain’t too glamorous.

To ensure your complaint's taken seriously, FedEx your letter to Bonati, copy Pontrue, at Panerai's corporate HQ in Milan. Even if that letter doesn't reach him, or Pontrue, you can be sure a top-level decision-maker would attend to your case.

Do not use the "contact us" email at Panerai's website because your mail, among hundreds of others, wouldn't scream "priority" or "urgent," which a FedEx-ed letter would.

Of course, the deal maker, or breaker, would be how eloquently you frame your complaint in the letter.

    Good luck.

Sorry hear about problem servicing yours. Luckily sold both mine. Aiyo now so many models look exactly like each other and reselling used ones challenging because resale value dropped so much. DNA gone to become very generic brand since Richemont took over. SAD
