It houses the OP II caliber which is basically a manual winding ETA 6497-1, 17 jewels, 56 hours power reserve and 21,600 bhp...definitely not their in-house if that's what you are getting at...

I read about the hong kong boutique too. Guess they are a treasured market due to the proximity to China. Bet they have more affluent and VIP customer to take care...
Guess they recon though 99 pieces is rather limited but to distribute it from only one boutique may not be that easy.
I actually got mine from Milan boutique at €5000 before Vat.
Can't ask for much for the movement with that price. I think it's cheaper than even the base pam like 005 and 112.
