One more thing - could the bros/sisters advise what is going market price for BNIB from grey market dealers and preowned?

Could I confirm what comprise the complete set for a 312? For instance, how many straps (1 rubber and 1 leather?)? How many booklets on the watch? I understand from the thread that there is no warranty card, and no COSC cert (cos' it is an in-house movement). The warranty is stamped on the instruction book itself.
