was quoted $13800, is the price fair?

In the International markets outside of Singapore that is the normal going rate now but for BNIB, it is about 10,000 USD, I have seen a couple of 28L's priced below that between 9,500 to 10k USD but pre-owned units are below that price in the international markets.

Every country location has its Pam followers. There is a waiting list. Ristis queue locally, overseas.. for their beloved SEs.

There is a support level for this SE... and this price is very decent for an end buyer. (I am not sure who offered you).

The 28 has a beautiful "pencil-like" coating.. the info is abundant on the web for ya reading pleasure.

It could be cheaper than $12k for AD or dealer of PI nature as they take in more watches. It is a special edn you see..

No, this is actually the 2009 Special Edition

2) Did paneria produced another series of pam 28 last year and the production numbers are very low.

I think the run is 1000 units for this

Yes, most BNIB is traded at S$16-S$16.5K


Watch looks really nice and according to some retailers overseas, it is almost impossible to find, hence the huge premium.

There were a few pieces traded last year in local market above list price.
But didn't see any wrist shots being posted.
