errr.................the $500 servicing cost is only for a base movement. more complicated in-house movement will cost you double.

      • Pam Servicing Frequency

Hi, i'm a new Pam owner. May I know how long can the watch last before I need it to send it for servicing? Thanks!

        • For your new Pam 104? Maybe 4-5 yrs ba.

          • No need to worry about that.

The way I see it...you would flip the watch way before it is due for servicing

            • But seriously...

In general there are two schools of thought:

              1. Send in every 5 years or so
              2. Wait till the watch stops working or becomes significantly inaccurate

I belong to the last group.

                • Just went to Richemont to punch an additional hole on my strap last week. Was attended by the lady on the extreme left. She was friendly and nice:-). The lady on the extreme right was serving a customer at that time. She was very professional and was friendly as well. But the guy brought about 7-8 watches for servicing at one time. So maybe the service rendered to him was different...haha... Then I saw the lady in the center counter coming out from the servicing room behind. I smile at her and said "Hi" since I went to Richemont a couple of times within the last 2 months. She did the same back to me. Wanted to talk to her but the guy next to me was talking non-stop to me about watches....hehe. So no chance to chat with her...haha.

                  Cheers
