Changing straps for radiomir

hi, sorry to dig up an old htread, bt does anyone knows if its a must to have tubes inserted in radiomir 26mm strap? cos from what i see, radiomir seems like no need tubes..

Radiomir do not need tube

I think he was referring to the tube joint for the wire lugs

I doubt the wires will hold without the joints, may be too much stress on the screws.

actually im refering to both, for luminor, whenever u change strap u need to insert a tube in the strap before u tighten the screws to the lug, bt for radiomir the wire lug consist of 2 piece. so im curious if a tube need to be insert into the 26mm strap or simply just tighten the strap to the wire lug.

That's right. Tubes might not even fit in with wire join

lastly, does richemont offer to change strap foc? thanks guys, didnt know changing strap for radiomir is such a headache...

I had that problem too. A bro here (I think is Luke) ask me to use sandpaper to "thin-down" the tips. It WORK.

Make sure the straps that you are taking to Richemont are OEM!!!

ya out of fustration decided to post it out... as my strap is from 3rd party, not oem so guess richemont is out...
