Hi Guy's, jus back from my trip and look what I've chanced upon when collecting a watch from my oversea's AD? A new pair of shoes

It's very soft with antique look. But the question is any1(Gurus) know the part number for it or do I have to drop by Richemont and ask(kinda lazy to go there)? A friend of mine likes it to and wanted me to order but unfortunately the strap does not comes with the plastic wrapper and when I ask the AD staff, none knows This might not be something uncommon but just hope that any1 whom might know can help.

Not an expert and there are many variations to this new vintage style oem strap lie gold colour etc, but i think it is the MATTED CRACKLED BLK w/ Cream Stitch Vintage styled Strap MX006DHK / Calf Vintage Black- 24/22 BA 115/75.
