It is Gnomon Watches. Straps for Panerai watches are normally, easily available so you can probably start your shopping spree from this forum. There are many straps dealers/sellers in the sales section. Locally, there are also watch shops/companies that sell these straps. Most of them have websites that you can 'google' for. If you are still not satisfied, the overseas straps sellers are aplenty.

As for the size, you are looking at 24mm (lug-size) straps. The strap lengths will be relative to your wrist size.
