I notice the p9000 rotor are not as free spirited compared to some ETA rotor. Is this by design? Any recommended method of spinning up the rotor if I don't feel like winding? Thanks

The rotor looks tighter when the power reserve is sufficient or high. It spins rather freely when power reserve slow. That's from my observation.I don't have enuf watches but I will stop buying now!
