  • New 2012 PAM Models

I saw 2 new models from the 2012 OP boutique catalog which was unannouced.

One is a 47mm Submersible model PAM 389 with a black ceramic/titanium bezel and titanium case, similar to PAM 305.

The other is a new "福" watch model PAM 498 with automatic P9000 movement and 1950 case.

    Mix-and-match models...anyone gets excited?
Watches are like potato chips - You never stop at one

Never political, seldom diplomatic, always honest

well i think the excitement goes into the 448 and 449, only 750 pieces worldwide. so hands and wallet must be fast! hahaha

hahahaha..............i only want to whack the 448 and 449 combo set.

399 out of my league liao, plus the 6154 style case feels funny. no doubt the Minerva movement is nice but power reserve is not fantastic. retail price @ USD $28k "faint"

For the Minerva thing , Minerva wasn't originally a high grade producer to start with.

Rather they plug in a JLC.

Panerai should have used gold hands with the "福" combination coz black dial and gold hands would make it more appealing to the chinese market.

I saw this actual piece n it was stunning. I expect Panerai to do more of these in future models.
