Measured and punched the holes for wifey and myself!

Chose a brushed finished for the Pre-V buckle.

Wifey decided to go with a SS buckle to match her 219!

These straps came all the way from Canada and they were worth the wait.

Wifey got a blue bag to match her blue strap and I have to go find yellow shoes to match my yellow strap now! Haha!

    Cheerio!

Surprised to see another pouch waiting for me on my table.

    Now what can it be?

Tada! Toad skin straps from Combat Straps!

Riviera Blue for the wifey and Canary Yellow for me! Seems like I am getting all funky & groovy!

Unpunched and with minimal stitching. Haven't seen stitching at the end of the straps from other strapmakers before.

Nice texture, not as obvious as croc horn and totally different from the unpolished python skin.

Group shot and mounted on our Pam 351 & 219.

Just to share Emre's website: https://www.facebook.com/Leatherworksbyemre

Now looking at his "Tiger" straps... they have different texture, ie: stripes, and it would look interesting!

Now waiting for 2 more straps by another strapmaker to come in! Aug is going to be a fun month!

Bumping up my thread with a new strap!!

Received this after a month, from the 1st email discussing what I want to the time that I fixed this onto my 351.

I wanted something different from my predominantly brown & black straps so decided to go all funky and choose blue leather with brown keepers instead! Initially I wasn't too sure how it would turn out but I was really amazed that it looked a helluva lot better than I envisioned!

Key difference from my other straps, besides the obvious colour deviation, is that the stitching is much further away from the lug bars so the leather has a bigger loop as seen below

Emre decided to surprise me with a nice handmade keychain in the package!

    Leather is surprisingly supple

Emre also got the stitching colour perfect too. It matches the gold hands on my 351.

After punching the buckling hole myself...

You can see the different colour tones of the leather layers. Didn't want Emre to hide it by burnishing the edges.

Big thanks to Emre and his fantastic strap and his constant communication and updates. My very first, and definitely not my last strap from Emre of Turkey!

Go to Panerai's official website and email all the ADs in the EU countries you're visiting. Ask for their prices and tax rebate.. You can forget about discount as they won't give for popular models.

If there is any availability, ask them to reserve for you. This is how I got my 111.
