Now i know that the breakdown to be:
1. Sapphire Glass: S$600+
2. Bezel: S$160+
3. Casing: a couple of thousands
So as long as any damages are to the sapphire/bezel, I don't mind at all.

Dropped an email through the Panerai website last night and a CSA from HK called me 5 min ago to let me know that it cost about S$600 for the sapphire glass replacement. But of course, she directed me to ION Panerai to check with the technician.
Not bad response time!
I guess I will just live with it. Want to get a plexiglass replacement instead... so after a while, with all the cracking and scratches, it will look really aged...
Wonder if I am the first to think about a plexiglass replacement instead of a sapphire one.

I hope my bad luck don't continue!
